Care Certificate is the new minimum standards that should be covered as part of induction training for new care workers. It has been designed to provide all carers starting out in the health and social care setting with the skills and knowledge required to work effectively and applies to all health and social care settings,
Our Care Certificate gives candidates the introductory skills, knowledge and behaviours to provide compassionate, safe and high quality care and support. It meets the minimum set requirements as set by Skills for Care and links to the National Occupational Standards and has been developed in conjunction with Skills for Health.
Candidates will cover the 15 standards, all of which individuals need to complete in full before they can be awarded their certificate:

1. When can I start my Care Certificate course?
You can start your course immediately after purchase.
2. How long will the Care Certificate course take?
All our courses will differ, according to the learning resource, but traditionally, previous learners have taken as little as 1 hour up to 3 hours. You have access to the courses once purchased for a period of 1 year.
3. When will I get my certificate?
Certificates are usually available immediately after completing the course. Click on the certificate button to download and save it somewhere easy to remember. We do not normally provide a hard copy of the certificate. A charge of ₦40,000.00 will apply where a hard copy is desired. If the course was purchased for you by your employer, please contact them for a copy of your certificate.
4. Are your courses accredited?
All our courses are CPD accredited (Continuous Professional Development) and count towards your CPD points. Points for each course will be indicated on each certificate issued.
5. Do these courses count towards a professional qualification?
The Care Certificate is a recognised qualification that can assist individuals undertaking it to progress on to NVQ’S and or to The access course to nursing.
